Christopher Brosch works @ Melt! Booking in Berlin as a talent booker.
He began to study law in Cologne and became seduced by the music business – an everlasting temptation that kept him working in various positions – such as free lancing tourmanager for various bands, booking agent with Peter Rieger Konzertagentur in Cologne, Blindfish Promotion in Hamburg before starting his own booking agency in 1992 (Bizarre Productions).
Promoted acts like : Portishead, Oasis, Beastie Boys, Hole, Tricky, Mogwai amongst many others and always kept a little roster of German talent as booking agent.
Moved to Berlin in 1998 to join CoCo Tours, back then the touring section within the DEAG organisation. Represented Sarah Brightman for world wide bookings for a while. Christopher Brosch was working as a tour accountant globally for the Kelly Family, which somehow led into the still active function as Rammstein’s tour accountant since 2004. He gave an intermezzo at Trinity Concerts, a Berlin based local promoter – so after all it appears that he had the luck to experience the business from almost every angle, except being a musician himself.
He still has a love for fresh music, particularly if it is presented with some sort of a tough attitude.
